Who we are:

Baaya Design has been started by Shibani Jain and Indranil Sengupta. Shibani Jain is an alumni of the National Insitute of Design, Ahmedabad and has over 10 years experience in working with Crafts. Indranil Sengupta has worked in a senior position with a well known Media company.

This weaver bird (Baaya) offers original art and designer products that are embedded in our roots. And with every purchase, Baaya Design hopes to bring income to a highly deserving individual– the artisan of India.

What we do:

Apart from art and home offerings in our retail store, we provide customized design and implementation of murals, wall frescoes and small furniture items like mirrors and shelves for Corporate Houses, Hotels and Homes.

Baaya Design also offers a premium range of corporate gift items for discerning customers.

Baaya Design works with wood, glass, terracotta, papier mache, copper, leather and many other materials.

Baaya Design endeavours to give customers the best choice in art and home products for their interiors which reflect design, contemporariness and an Indian identity.
