Kotak Education Foundation

Kotak Education foundation (KEF), the CSR arm of Kotak Mahindra Bank empowers young people from underprivileged families through various education-based initiatives, and equips them with employable skills so they can grow and live with dignity.

The School Leadership Development Intervention was created by KEF with a mission to strengthen leadership and managerial practices of KEF partner school leaders so as to enable them to create, sustain and lead a culture of academic and personal success for their students.

Idobro Impact Solutions has partnered with KEF to conduct an assessment of the SLDI program and assess the change brought about by the program through interaction with SHMs and PHMs through detailed interviews using specifically designed tools and using pre-defined criterias.
